Pre-Order | 12 GA Warchief with CuProX Details
Warchief – 1500 FPS
Warchief was built around one standard:
Uncompromised downrange performance.
Built around CuProX™ with TurbuFlow, Warchief applies aerodynamic engineering to preserve pellet energy and maintain pattern integrity as range increases - extending lethal performance without sacrificing consistency.
Running CuProX with TurbuFlow at 1500 fps places the pellet within an optimized high-performance window - balancing pellet energy, pattern density, and aerodynamic efficiency to deliver reliable terminal performance at distance.
For the same shot size:
• Steel often relies on higher muzzle velocity (such as 1500 fps) but sheds energy quickly due to lower density and higher drag.
• Boss Bismuth delivered performance through density but carried greater aerodynamic resistance.
• CuProX with TurbuFlow improves aerodynamic efficiency, allowing more usable pellet energy to be retained as distance increases.
At typical Warchief distances:
• At 40 yards: CuProX with TurbuFlow at 1500 fps delivers approximately 50% more retained pellet energy than steel at 1500 fps, and about 30% more than Boss Bismuth at 1350 fps.
• At 60 yards: CuProX with TurbuFlow at 1500 fps delivers approximately 74% more retained pellet energy than steel at 1500 fps, and about 35% more than Boss Bismuth at 1350 fps, reinforcing consistent lethality farther downrange.
Real-world testing supports the model. In gel testing at 1500 fps, #3 steel at 40 yards produced approximately the same penetration as CuProX at 60 yards, highlighting how density combined with improved aerodynamic efficiency preserves usable energy farther downrange.
Not because density doesn’t matter.
Because efficiency multiplies it.

Pattern Control Where It Matters
Warchief with CuProX with TurbuFlow is engineered to maintain dense, uniform patterns at extended distances while preserving flexibility across choke configurations.
Choke it as tight or as open as conditions demand.
• With full chokes, shooters can expect tight, efficient patterns designed to remain uniform as distance increases.
• For tighter shots, opening the choke produces larger, dense, uniform patterns driven by aerodynamic stability rather than excessive velocity alone.
In testing, Warchief produced approximately 60% pattern density at 60 yards. With the right pellet size and a capable shooter, the shell itself no longer becomes the limiting factor - placing responsibility back where it belongs: on judgment and execution.
CuProX with TurbuFlow maintains pellet integrity on impact, eliminating the fragmentation sometimes associated with bismuth while delivering consistent penetration.
Deadlier by Design.

Corrosion-Inhibited Copper shot was deemed non-toxic in 2013 by the USFWS. Once our Mark III tester is approved by the USFWS we anticipate an updated formal approval to be added to the USFWS Approved Shot List.
