OUR SHIPPING POLICY
We want to get you your Boss Shotshells as soon as possible. Boss offers free UPS Ground shipping on qualified orders over $100 in purchased products. Valid on orders shipped in the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Canada or US territories outside of the contiguous United States (*U.S. Territories include American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.).
SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
We’ve made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. 2-Day and Overnight orders should be placed by 10:00 AM CT for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 AM CT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All “Delivery by” dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.
Boss will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2020. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
Boss uses FedEx Ground service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Boss products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, or feel the product has been damaged in shipping —please contact Meg in customer service (2690 465-3631.
INS & OUTS OF THE BOSS RETURN POLICY
All internet orders will be shipped FedEx Ground. If your shipping address is not one serviced by FedEx, you WILL NOT receive your order. It will be returned and will require additional shipping charges to reship. Please ensure you have a valid Postal address. Expedited shipping (Air service) IS NOT available for shotshells.
All damaged shipments must be reported to us as soon as you receive the shipment. We will file a claim with the shipper and replace or credit as needed, as soon as the claim process is complete. The length of time to complete the claim varies, but is usually within 10 business days. Any shortages need to be reported to us as soon as you receive the shipment. In the event of any damage or shortage, all boxes and packaging regarding that order, must be kept on hand until the problem has been resolved and any claims paid in full.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However we at Boss Shotshells value your business and would be happy to discuss any issues you may have with our products. Any or all returns must be approved by Boss Shotshell personnel. Please call our Customer Service department at (269) 465-3631.
