Boss Factory Performance choke tubes begin with a proven design platform, then were re-engineered and tuned specifically for CuProX™ and TurbuFlow™ technology. Internal transitions, taper profiles, and exit geometry were refined alongside CuProX development so the pellet, wad, and choke function as one controlled system.

The objective is simple:

CuProX pellets featuring patent-pending TurbuFlow™ surface technology behave differently than conventional smooth shot. That means choke geometry must support how the shot column transitions at the muzzle.

Engineering & Manufacturing

Every Boss Factory Performance™ choke tube is designed and manufactured with performance in mind.

Precision machined from USA-made 17-4PH stainless steel at a trusted local machine shop. From there, the critical finishing steps are completed in-house at Boss:

• Heat treated to H900 specifications for strength, wear resistance, pattern consistency and long-term durability. 

• Final precision reaming performed after heat treatment to ensure exact internal geometry and dimensional control
