I just used these on Mallards. I had two, the biggest and greenest, mallards I have ever killed drop into the far end of the water I was hunting. They kind of hovered before dropping all the way down. I used my full choke barrel on my double. One shot crushed the heads of 2 mallards. The range was 40 yards on my range finder. I do love old school, lead like, heavy loads. Roasted one for Christmas dinner.
