Our legendary Copper-Plated Bismuth set a bar that no one wanted to walk away from. So when the bismuth supply dried up earlier this year, we went to work. And after months of grinding, testing and refusing to settle, we're proud to release our first true replacement for the load that rewrote the non-toxic playbook.

While we worked to refine the process, we made a handful of copper pellets that while not cosmetically beautiful, pushed past every standard we set for ourselves with the OG Copper-Plated Bismuth:

70% patterns at 40 yards
2" gel penetration with #5's
3" for #3's (identical to bismuth)

These pellets in the early run might not win a beauty contest, but they’ll sure as hell win the fight. At 94% the density of bismuth, loaded with Boss-quality in-house manufactured wads, these copper pellets produce sharp, clean kills the way our original bismuth used to.

Production-ready shells are rolling soon, and this is just the beginning. Available in cases only.

Copper shot was deemed non-toxic in 2013 by the USFWS. Once our Mark III tester is approved by the USFWS we anticipate an updated formal approval to be added to the USFWS Approved Shot List
