I’ve tried both the legacy and the warchief and both have worked great for duck. I will most likely use the legacy for upland and the warchief for waterfowl. Can’t go wrong with Boss shells

These absolutely smack ducks dead. Shot these over the weekend until I ran out then switched to federal speed shok #2’s which I’ve shot for years, what a difference. Far more cripples with the speed shok by far. I will be buying more boss ammo in the future.

Ordered these for my grandson as part of his Christmas. He was very pleased.

My state went all nonlead several years ago making research a start over for me on nonlead shotshells. Steel sucks, regular bismuth wasn't effective with my guns, tungsten is great but way too expensive. This is the first year I tried Boss. You can thank youtuber, "The New Hunter's Guide" for commencing so highly of Boss shells and selling me into trying them. Undoubtedly #4 is super highly effective for my guns and surprisingly even better than lead especially the.knockdown power. The patttern is awesome too. My best description would be it shoots like a lead turkey shell. I will be ordering more Boss shells for sure.

Flat out kills . Big green head mallards 🦆 fold and fall like bricks best shells I’ve shot since the lead days !

First time trying bismuth. Far superior to steel shot and cheaper then tungsten. Pattern great through SBE 3 w/ light full choke. Hopefully we’ll get a push of birds and I’ll get to try them out more.

It’s only a matter of time before steel shot is obsolete for waterfowl in favor of bismuth and BOSS is an excellent provider of this. Limited in 90 minutes last weekend with only a few of those birds coming directly into our spread. Did not need to swat any of these birds. Had a double on wigeon. Crumpled a 747 sized mallard at 40 yards flying away from the blind. The lethality of these shells are real. They may be more expensive. But you’ll shoot less of these than you will your steel shells.

This is my third time to use the Boss #4 / 3 inch loads. This is a great all around load for my regular season duck hunting. I have been shooting steel 3 1/2" / #2 for years to make up for the change from lead to non-toxic shot, but now I have found my new ammunition. When bismuth first came out I tried that product with another manufacturer, but never was happy. These shells pattern well, and are great for the knock down and kill that is essential in the marsh. I recommend this product for early teal, regular ducks and sea ducks.

Boss shot is ethical plain and simple. More dead birds and less crippled/wounded birds. It can’t make you shoot better but it does make your shot count more. Sea Ducks to Woodies boss puts them down if you connect.

I found out the hard way the old Belgian A 5 mag I bought had the choke cut out of the barrel from a full to roughly an improved cylinder. These 3 inch 4s helped to fill my pattern so I can get my old gun back into the marsh! Thanks!
