It patterns great, shoots soft, and does everything lead does even at 40+ yards with even more pellets and at pretty much the same price as any other top tier shell… but I had a lot of problems with the high brass. It would bulge out and cycle poorly in my a300 and I even got a few stuck hulls in my 688. Otherwise, it’s been the best shell I’ve ever used and if they fix that, it’ll be the only one I use

I'm a repeat customer and was shocked by the new shell's inability to kill a duck. Felt like steel shot with as many follow up shots that had to be made. Last year I used the old bismuth mix 3/5s and 4s and hardly had a cripple or follow up shot. This year I used the new copper and was a night and day difference. Many ducks to follow up shots on, couple to chase down, some ducks with 3-4 water finishing shots to stop them. Definitely not worth the price difference of steel.

Not a biggie just gave it to my son. I always wear xl but this was not even close to fitting me.

Knock down power is great. If you hit them it’s over. Only Reason for three stars is that for whatever reason these shells auto exchange the 2nd and 3rd round when my gun is bumped thus causing a jam. Was very excited to try them out and first time I loaded them and set my gun down, the 2nd shell tried to load. I’ve never had this issue before with any other shell. Thus the mid review.

I bought a Large, which is what I usually wear in hoodies. The hoodie was super small, I had to give it to my 16 y/o daughter (she is 5'4" 115 lbs) and it just fit her. I double checked the size and it said large....Bought a XL, still too small...

Not sure if production was rushed or materials are different than a couple years ago, but there are numerous shells in the bag that have imperfections and deformities. Most common are bulging hulls and warped or dented brass. This is a lethal load to hunt waterfowl with, but for the price, I would expect consistency and a little more quality control. It is not acceptable to have inconsistencies on something you are going to load into a firearm.

It’s not a Filson, but still a well structured hat with fine detail in the construction.
