The boss copper is a lethal round I purchased the 2 3/4 3/5 shot and had no problem dropping birds at what would normally be a questionable distance. In addition with this lethal load I used less shells because the first shot was doing the trick. I will be buying more. This was shot through a browning maxxus.

I bought these shells to shoot out of some old shotguns that didn’t have steel shot rated barrels for duck hunting. Historically, I’ve never been picky about my shell choice and usually use whatever is affordable in bulk. That said I’ve used black cloud, hevi metal and other brands that claim to have a superior shell and have been relatively unimpressed. These boss shells are incredible. So far I’ve shot several ducks and a turkey with the 2 3/4 3s and 5s and everything has been instantly dropped with 1 shot. These shells hit harder than any other shotshell I have used and are super effective. I shot a turkey last week with the 2 3/4 out of a modified choke barrel when I was small game hunting and it didn’t even flop. Dropped on the spot. Don’t hesitate to try these shells. I’ve been super impressed with their performance.

Used the 2 3/4” #4’s for opening weekend. Just teal and wood ducks so far, but everything I’ve hit has been out cold. Anxious to see how they do when the big ducks get to town.

My son and I have been using BOSS
Bismuth and are now using the solid copper 3/5
We hunt over decoys in the water
We never have to clean up cripples
They are all on their backs dancing
Geese at 40 yards
And ducks at any range out to 40
Great product
Super fast shipping
Keep up the good work !!!

Got a chance to rip some 2 3/4" 5s this last weekend! I have some war chief 5s left that I have killed snows and honkers with. Just shot green wingers this go round but they where stones! Hopefully this weekend tells a bigger story! So far I am happy! Great job guys keep er state side!

I used the copper for the first time this last weekend and was really impressed with the knockdown power.
I was using the 3/5, 3" and everything I hit was stone dead at approximately 30 yards.
I also started using the 3/5 warchief this year and have been really impressed with the hitting power over steel.
I can't wait to see how these work on a King Eider hunt in January.

I brought the 2-3/4 #3/5 copper shells out under tough shooting conditions with +30 mph winds. These performed just as well as any bismuth shell that I have used in the past. I had no problem dropping skittish Mallards and Gadwall. Congrats on another great product!

I exclusivly shoot BOSS now after going full on WarChief when that came out. I was sad to see the Bismuth supply issues. However I just took a case of the Copper 3's to Canada 3 weeks ago. And I will say the Copper is just as impressive as the Bismuth. Crushes Cranes, Geese and Ducks. I am convencing my hunting partners daily that the results from BOSS is worth the cost and cost effective as your crippled bird numbers are drastically night and day different compared to the everyday steel out there on the market. Bravo on another great product and I am proud to support MADE IN THE USA and Veteran owned company. I will not shoot anything but BOSS at birds ever again!!!

These Copper pellets outperform bismuth in my opinion. I have gone through about 40-50 of these shells, and the ducks I've actually hit have been Stone. Dead. Every. Time! 10/10 Worth the wait, price is still tough to stomach, but better than going through twice as much steel. Will be making another purchase.
