By far the best ammo I've ever bought in my life bought a new 20 gauge retay put a jeb's full choke on have been killing geese and ducks out to 70 yards the best pattern I've ever had wingbreaking kills birds one shot you don't have to keep dropping ammo unless you just can't hit by far boss has got the best ammo out there and will only buy boss from now on

Shot 6 ducks and 4 geese opening day of Ohio season and was amazed by the performance of these 20ga shells. Ranges were from 15 out to 35 yards from a modified choke. It is well worth the few cents more per shell. Highly recommend.

Pound for pound the 20 ga champ. I’ve killed Wyoming Honkers to Texas Sandhills.

My husband and I switched to 20g before it became “trendy”. Like the 9mm, technology has changed and smaller calibers are just as effective. As an ethical hunter, it is my duty to ensure clean ethical kills. No one wants to see an animal suffer, and that’s what leaving cripples does. With Boss, I have fewer cripples and can feel confident that the bird is being ethically harvested. Using Boss may be more expensive, but the quality of the shell, the load, and customer service makes it worth every penny. The only downside is bismuth shatters on impact. The copper plating helps keep the bismuth from deforming in flight, but you will find small pieces throughout the meat. So as always, chew with caution!

For someone thinking about going 20 over 12 and not sure. Let me tell you about these little flight stoppers. I always been a 12 guy, but last year I went 20 and ran them til the end of duck season and these little yellow jackets put a hurting on them from wood ducks in creeks to honkers in a dry field. I wouldn't hesitate to give it a throw. Choked right and practice, you to can be the tom Knapp of the group.
