WHEN SEEKING A DONATION OR SPONSORSHIP FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2025, BE SURE TO SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED FORMS BY MAY 1, 2025.

ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED AND FULFILLED BY JULY 1, 2025.

Due to an overwhelming volume of inquiries, please allow 2-3 weeks for review.

HOW TO APPLY

Step 1. Forms:
Applicants must download and fill out our application form linked below as well as an IRS letter confirming 501(c)(3) tax exempt status (if applicable). Both forms will need to be saved and uploaded back to us. Applications without the necessary forms will not be eligible for fulfillment.

SEND IN YOUR COMPLETED FORM(S)

WE'LL EMAIL YOU

We will email a formal response to all requests that meet the guidelines to the person of contact indicated on the form. Due to the volume of requests, please allow two weeks to receive a response.
