12 GA 3" MAG 1-1/2 oz. #4

Boss #4’s are awesome! I’ve patterned these shells in 3 different shotguns with awesome results. Here is my advice, choke it down! The tighter the better! The days of unloading on a bird and watching it slowly sail away are over! Boss #4’s hit so hard the birds are literally knocked out of the air. I’ve been very successful this year shooting everything from teal to specks with this load, can’t wait to try it on those late season Canada’s in January!

These things are straight killers, from ducks to geese these shells can do it all and handle longer shots very well. Will definitely be recommending these to friends and will be buying more in the future. The shipping was also incredibly fast which I appreciate especially during duck season!

Best all round shot for shooting ducks and geese on the same hunt! Folded the geese as easily as the green heads! I will now be a lifelong BOSS user!

Boss #4 3” absolutely smashed geese this last weekend! 20-50 yards they folded. I will be getting more when needed.

I've been using these for my second season now and all I can say is WOW! I've taken 3 HUGE Canadian Geese at 35-40 yards using the #4 shot and it cripples them in the sky.! Great product, I'll continue to use and recommend them to all my hunting friends!

These are no joke. By far the hardest hitting shell I’ve ever shot. These don’t cripple, they kill, and kill fast. The “big name” brands don’t hold a candlestick to Boss. I am a believer in Boss, and will be a lifelong customer.

Boss shells are duck and geese killing loads. I use to shoot Hevi Shot only but since trying Boss have switched over to 100% Boss. Was getting duds with Hevi Shot and have never had an issue with Boss. If you want to cleanly kill ducks and geese switch over to Boss. I wish they would bring back the 3inch ounce and 1/2 load of 4's. Love them!

No doubt the copper plated pellets are deadly effective on both ducks and geese. The ability to use one load that is lethal on both is an advantage. I'd like however to see Boss introduce a bismuth load that is not copper plated as a more affordable option for waterfowlers who want better performance than steel. A 12 gauge 2-3/4 inch 1-1/4 ounce load of No. 4 bismuth shot would be an ideal load for hunting ducks and also geese over decoys.

I have used both the the Fives and the fours this year. I used the the fives for teal. Continued to use the fives for field hunting Mallards and Geese with impressive results. I am now using the fours and am very impressed again.
